This course is designed for individuals performing tasks at height, under the supervision of a qualified supervisor, where there is a risk of injury from a fall. It equips learners with foundational competencies to safely work at height by following fall arrest principles.

5.                Operate pre-installed vertical and horizontal lifelines.

6.                Explain methods to reduce risks during rescue operations.
