This course provides learners with the knowledge, skills, and understanding necessary to install, use, and inspect fall arrest systems and perform basic rescues, as well as implement fall protection plans.

Course Outcomes
Upon successful completion, learners will:
1. Understand and explain:
· The use of a variety of fall arrest equipment and regulations.
· Basic rope knots.
2. Inspect, install, and use fall arrest systems and equipment.
3. Interpret and implement a fall protection plan.
4. Perform basic rescues, safely bringing a casualty down from height.
This course ensures that participants can take responsibility for the safe use, inspection, and implementation of fall arrest systems and procedures, as well as respond effectively to rescue situations.
